  • Starts at 8:00 AM and our last delivery is at 7:00 PM (Central Time)
• Saturdays and Sundays
  • Starts at 9:00 AM and our last route leaves at 7:00 PM (Central Time).

Mother's Day and Valentine's Day

• Our route starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 7:00 PM.
• Due the high demand there are no special schedule service.

Reschduele

• We know how important this date is, that is why we commit to deliver on the day and time selected.
• If the recipient is not found, we will try to communicate to resolve the situation. In case of no response, we will deliver your order to someone close to you: neighbor, co-worker or reception.
• If no one can receive the arrangement, you will be notified to reschedule the shipment.

*Remember: all notifications of your order will arrive at your registered email.

Flower Substitution Policy

In EnviaFlores we are committed to deliver the arrangement as the photograph and product description, however every arrangement is hand made with natural products, and as a consequence may have slight variations. Color, size, form, vase, ribbon and variety of flowers may change in every location. In some cases, florists may perform slight changes as long as the result is the same value or higher. The main flowers of the arrangement won’t be exchanged without your approval.

If for some reason we cannot deliver any complementary product (stuffed animals, balloons, chocolates, etc.) we will contact you beforehand to provide you available options that best suit for you or the reimbursement option of the requested complementary product.

Balloons Substitution Policy

Balloons are perishable products; weather and outdoor conditions affect their lifetime whereby we recommend maintaining them in a dry, cool and roofed place. These products are susceptible to break or deflate depending on their use and care. To prevent from breaking, we recommend you handling them carefully: avoid sharp objects, squeezing them, exposing them to the sun, don’t place them in car interiors for a long time nor submit them to abrupt temperature changes.

Balloons are inflated with helium. Therefore, if exposed to high temperatures and/or climatic changes, may suffer variations due to the behavior of helium molecules; from hot to cold temperature the balloons tend to deflate and from cold to hot, it tends to inflate.

Please consider that for a specific balloon’s occasion, additional designs than the shown in our online catalog, including colors and phrases, exist. Therefore, when selecting a balloon, its design may vary from the one selected, but the occasion, material and size will not change.

Balloons last approximately 48 hours.

Stuffed animals substitution policy

Stuffed animals models may vary according to availability. A refund will be applied for the amount paid for the stuffed animal if it is delivered in bad conditions such as dirt or broken.
